  1. I feel better eating more fruits and veggies. I can tell a difference in my energy levels and overall well being. I also don't crave sugar as much as I used to (daily). I don't think my weight has changed much, but I feel healthier!

  2. YES! I love that I can be successful at eating one treat a week - this takes A LOT of will power for me and I CAN DO IT! The change in my body is ever so slight (to my disappointment) but I feel better, am much more aware of what I put into my body, have more energy and like getting faster. It is good to have a health goal and to look back and see improvement. I hope to have established healthy habits I can keep forever. I want to be healthy for my family.
